Congratulations to Hampton Deck and Chex N Sugar on their 13 & Under NRHA World Championship.  Tommy Milnes rode this talented gelding to the Non Pro Futurity Finals at the 1997 All American Quarter Horse Congress.  It's nice to see this gelding is still leaving his mark.  Best of luck next year.
